Lea Craft will design, deliver, and install your entire project to ensure every part of the process is done correctly.

We will create multiple plans with you until we have one you are completely satisfied with.

We install & order EVERYTHING! Yes, this means flooring, countertops, electrical work, plumbing, the WORKS.  

No need for separate contractors and project coordination., we will handle it all for you!

For a personalized project, our designers thoroughly measure and photograph your current space.  We dedicate this time to listen to both your likes and dislikes of the existing space.  We may also discuss the possibility of moving walls, windows, or doors to fulfill your vision.  A detailed questionnaire will be completed and reviewed with you to help us provide you with an accurate quote.

Initially, our designers create several different plans that will exhibit a variety of possibilities for your space.  There truly are limitless possibilities with our custom plans! Creating multiple plans with many options is unique to Lea Craft.  We take full advantage or your ideas and pair them with our skill and experience to create the best plans possible. 

We will review the different plans with you and present a complete breakdown of the cost.  Having multiple plans will help you make purchase decisions that align with your goals and budget.  After reviewing the initial plans, we will take your input and changes back to the drawing board and create ANOTHER NEW CUSTOM PLAN together! Our designers are more than willing to make as many changes to the plans until you are completely satisfied with both the design and cost. 

We will go over a detailed materials and labor sales agreement with you for your project. This will include a complete breakdown of the cost for EVERYTHING (appliances, hardware, cabinets, countertops, & labor). The sales agreement also includes a complete payment schedule. The final drawings are then reviewed and finalized with you.  We are then ready to begin ordering all the materials needed. Since we are a custom company, it typically takes 6-8 weeks for our factory to craft your cabinets. It is not uncommon to take much longer to produce your custom cabinetry based upon the complexity and how busy the factory is at that time of ordering.

Once your cabinets are ready, they will be delivered and installed by our company.  Installation usually takes 3-4 weeks from start to finish (this is an estimate. Time is based on the size and complexity of the project). Base cabinets will be installed first to allow for laser template for your countertops.  While countertops are being fabricated, our crew will install the remainder of your cabinetry, lighting, molding, and appliances.  Once the  countertops are ready to be installed, we will return to complete the installation and hook up all plumbing necessary for your project.
